Daisy-Daisy
So cute! here's Daisy just sat pondering where did they get that big butterfly from? It's a Marianne Creatables Die I here you all shout and you would be right lol. A birthday card for a friend.
New Home in Black & White
Another of Lavinia's fairy stamps I like to use, this card was requested by my daughter Charlotte for her best friend who had just moved into her first new home along with her daughter Demi-Lee ( Charlotte's God daughter), she had chosen a black and white theme for her lounge and loves anything fairy's, so I did the same with the card.
Hi! to all you crafty people out there this evening, It's been a busy day in the shop today with two classes and we have two more on Saturday as well. These two cards I made last year in fact I made quite a few in different colours using the same images, the fairy is one of my all time fave Lavinia stamps and of course Distress Inks .....

Night Time Bird
Oooooo! Distress inks I love my distress inks. This is a card done last year when these stamp sets from P I came out. I have used stamps from two different sets and the black ink is Archival. A very simple card with background paper on the right from a mag and a stamped background with a fern leaf on the left. There is also some lace attached down the centre, and the distress inks were used to create the evening sky
This 8x8 card was the only Valentine's card I made this year, it was a request from my youngest son Adam who is now 22. He wanted a special card for his girlfriend but true to form he had no money to spend as he lost his job last December and like so many others is still looking for work, so he persuaded me to make him one on the understanding that he would pay for it when that magic thing called a job happens... I am not holding my breath on that one lol : )

Cards created from home
Here is a card I made for my brother-in-law's birthday last October it was on Halloween to be exact hence the owl images.
It was a calender easel card, the leaves and owl shapes are chipboard coloured with distress inks and the stamps I used were a set from Personal Impressions. It's amazing how old wall paper makes good background paper : ) Off to get ready for work today we have a class every Tuesday afternoon in the shop...

Now all I have to do is upload all the photos I have taken over the last ten months or so then I will have some pictures to show and the page won't look soooooo boring, let's hope!
